Brief Description of My Fathers Family
My father, Capt Joseph Kurian, hails from the Kodathu family. His father, a wood businessman, raised him alongside 3 brothers and 2 sisters. Growing up, I voyaged the world on ships with my Merchant Navy father, shaping my early years. Later, he transitioned to become a Harbour Pilot at Kuwait Oil Company. Schooled at the prestigious New English School, my upbringing was enriched by diverse experiences and global travels.
Brief Description of My Mothers Family
The Ottathycal family, hailing from the esteemed Tervaldy lineage of Knights within the Kumkur royal family, boasts a rich history. My great-granduncle, Mor Dioscorus, served as a bishop of the Knanaya diocese, while my great-grandfather distinguished himself as a lawyer. My grandfather, Cherian Emmanuel, pursued a career as an engineer and raised three children. I am proud to be the son of his second daughter.
